Villa Mimosa
is a beautiful, completely detached six-persons villa with swimming pool,
200 meters from the sea,
and a
magnificent view
over the deep blue Mediterranean, the Greek island of Kastellorizon
and several small
Turkish islands.
The holiday house is of a Dutch couple, that loves to offer their house for rent to
those
who appreciate room and
repose, sports and ancient culture amidst the acclaimed Turkish friendliness and
hospitality.

All four of us were speechless, as we
explored Villa Mimosa and all its rooms, terraces and seats.
What a space and what a light !
What a
luxury and what an atmosphere!
Above
all we never could have guessed that we would
end up in such a piece of paradise in
Turkey....

The holiday house is surrounded by a
large, thriving private
garden
of 600 m2.
The beautiful swimming
pool is shared with the
adjacent villa of a British owner.
Around the pool are sun beds and
umbrellas at your disposal.
The villa is nestled in a lush green valley close to the picturesque
town of Kaş at the impressive Turkish south coast.
The Dutch travel magazine "Reizen" has valued Kas as
"One of the seven secret pearls
of the Mediterranean".

In reality it is even more beautiful than on the
pictures!
The balcony is extremely successful, as are the several
seats around the house.
You can always find sun, shadow, peace and quite, a
wonderful view or whatever you are looking for.
And who would not wish going to sleep and wake up with these views
for your whole life!

The villa has several terraces, so each one can find her or his "own" spot.
There is the beautiful shaded veranda where you can dine with a superb view.
Here is also a huge barbeque.
On the other side of the villa
is
the lounge terrace with reclining chairs
and the beautiful "sultanbed".
At the entrance is a nice sitting area and the small terrace besides the house offers
tranquillity and a beautiful view.

In a
few minutes walk you're at the crystal-clear sea where
we've had an excellent time swimming and snorkelling.

At the seaside
(on 200 meters) you
will find three beaches with free sun beds and
umbrellas.
At your wish consumption will be
served
at your sun bed.
here you also can enjoy a perfect lunch on shadowy tables.
Around
Kas are pebble beaches and on a half hours drive you will find
superb long sandy beaches.
The sea is exceptionally clean (Blue Flag) - there is no polluting
industry in the
wide circumference - and has a
beautiful blue-green to turquoise colour.

Villa Mimosa is situated close to the centre of Kaş,
app. 5 km., which is only a
10 minutes ride by dolmus (small bus).
In Kas
are several supermarkets, which are eager to deliver your purchases
at home.
You can also order your shopping list by phone.
Moreover:
Our caretaker Serdar will supply fresh bread every morning and is
each day at he villa to clean the pool and the terraces , to care for the
garden
and to help you with questions or support.

He ensures that we - guests - will not lack anything

child friendly, with gates between the villa and the pool and the villa
and the road.
There are also a high chair and a child's bed with linen available.
