Our friends, who have been here before, were perfectly right
with their enthusiasm for
Villa Mimosa and Kas!
This time we enjoyed together with them the wonderful villa and
beautiful region,
with the highlight of Kas!
We will love to come again!
P & J
Wonderful to be here again!
The house is, as previously sung in all keys:
great!
The lounge terrace was always a favorite during the
evenings after returning from Kas, where we ate.
In the morning we had always a delicious breakfast at the big
outside table .
We hope to come back soon and until then we will be dreaming of
it!

Nothing more to add, all fantastic!

We are excited about your house, but don't want to promote it
too much, not wanting
to diminish our chances for a return visit .
We have had an altogether great holiday!
We really did enjoy all the ingredients: the villa where
nothing is lacking, the peace,
the wonderful temperature
and lack of tourists crowds and the delicious affordable
lunches.
Your house acts as a
nice, cosy home, where you immediately feel at home, but also
offers a great
opportunity to beautiful, varied and surprising tours.
A compliment for you who offers this charming ambience to
others.
A big compliment,
indeed for Serdar, for his attentive and loving care.
He is there when
needed gives confidence, but is never intrusive.
In short: worth repeating!!

Villa Mimosa is a great spot on the peninsula of Kas!
The house is wonderful and well equipped
(dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, BBQ, etc.)
with a beautiful view, especially from the
upper terrace, connected to
the bedrooms.
A huge plus is the lovely double bed, it is
very comfortable , a relief after
so many
"hard boards ".
There are a lot of places in and around the house or the pool to
relax, sunbath or read.
The pool was delicious and refreshing because it
was already 24 to 25 degrees (mid April)!
Kas is a very pleasant, charming, small town, with a nice
harbour.
There is a large marina being build at the
moment, but the construction works always stops
in May and starts again in October.
It is a 12 minutes drive from the centre to the
house, which is simultaneously a beautiful trip.
Taxis are not expensive, so you can take a taxi
if you wish.
The trips described in the guestbook were also
very much to our liking, the restaurant tips
(f.i. chez Evy) were very nice (however difficult
to find).
Our vacation here was perfect and we hope to come back!

We have had a wonderful week!
It is all perfect here: a magnificent plot and a beautiful
villa!
With all mod cons,
tastefully and colorful decorated.
Our rented Renault has led us anywhere: Myra Patara, Gömbe, etc.
Also a trip to Kekova -
the lost city-where we took an old fishing boat.
Cheaper and more fun!
It was all quiet and peaceful, that's the advantage late in the
season!
The festival of "the Day of the Republic " was
unforgettable!
Laughing, dancing
and good food!
Altogether "Top of the Bill!"
Thanks!

PS. we were very happy with Andilfi, the car rental company!

September 15th
Following an already very beautiful "Blue Voyage", we enjoyed
during ten days the
beautiful ambience of Villa Mimosa, and could relax
completely.
We found our holiday here so great that we even have reduced our
diving to a mimimum
just to
spend maximum time in the villa.
(and
Serdar is great! )
No doubt, we come again!
Susanne, Ingrid, Andrea, Dian
For the sixth time in Kas, but this time was very special!
We have
read a lot, idled , talked, dived rarely (Kas Diving) because we
loved to be here!
Serdar
has cooked tonight! It was VERY TASTY ------ MMMMMMMMM!

We have had a nice holiday in Villa Mimosa!
Our kids enjoyed the pool, the lovely
house, the snorkeling and the neighbours
(Hotel Amphora).
We have enjoyed undisturbed reading and the choice between so
many terraces!
We went from Kekova to Ugaciz, it was fun and very
enjoyable.
We visited Gömbe in the mountains
with the green lake, the waterfalls and an
authentic lunch (in a farmers
house). Recommended!
No ordinary "tourist traps"
(organized by Xanthos) and an open-air jeep just for our family!
The rugged off-road journey back was
spectacular and really beautiful.
We admired the stars and lingered during the evenings often in
Kas.
We always went by dolmus, found it
very amusing.
Serdar has assisted us perfectly. He knows the region well and
is in his own modest way
an absolute value.
With love and wish you lots of fun here in Villa Mimosa!

What a wonderful little haven it is here at Villa Mimosa!
We have had a glorious
time!
Our days have been consisting of the simple good things of
life:
fresh bread in the morning, a book and a swim in the
afternoon,
and clear starry nights with plenty of wine.
I think that we have been able to settle in and feel just
like we're at home,
and we thank you for
that!
Dear greetings!

We were for the 2nd time in your lovely villa and enjoyed it
again so much!
A lot of swimming and we went scuba diving
for the first time (Kas Diving):
up to 5 meters deep under the guidance of
an excellent instructor.
It will sure be continued!
In Saklikent we climbed through the gorge until the waterfall at
the end
A wet but wonderful adventure. (Hint: stop
electronics in a plastic bag).
Patara beach is a good combination on the same day, the waves
can be strong
but not dangerous.
In short, a wonderfully relaxing week!
Thanks for the hospitality!

All words left the four of us, as we explored Villa Mimosa and all her
rooms, terraces and lounges.
So much space and so bright!
What a
luxury, what an atmosphere!
It is was such a pleasure to settle ourselves down here for a two weeks
holiday.
Above
all we never could have guessed that we would have landed in such a
paradise lump in
Turkey....
And we did enjoy ourselves tremendously!
* the feeling of being "AT HOME " in villa
Mimosa, where really EVERYTHING is available
* the huge swimming pool just for us, with
for everyone a private parasol (!)
* the beneficent coolness on the
extraordinary cosy, shadowy terraces around the house, on those
times that the heat was unsustainable ( we had two complete weeks of
tropical heat, above 40 degrees)
* the trips with our rented open jeep: old
and worn out without luxury, but heavenly because off the
adventurous style and the Cabrio-feeling. We did prefer the Turkish wind
above an airco system.
*
the intimate atmosphere of Kas, ( especially during the evenings, with a
leisurely stroll along the shops in
the narrow streets, the temptation of the Turkish carpet- and jewellery
shops and other Turkish trinkets,
the numerous restaurants and the warm hospitality and cheerfulness of the
Turkish people
*
the non-stop WOW-effect by seeing such an enormous amount of beautiful
nature, of which we never
could see enough
*
the safe feeling that our faithful Serdar always was somewhere in the
vicinity; apprehensive and willingly.
He guards that we - guests - will have no lack of anything
With our heads and hearts full beautiful memories, our suitcases packed
with Turkish souvenirs
and the memory card of
our camera full of lively images, we go back home "WEALTHY".
Dear and thankful
regards, with a big nap of nostalgia!

After three lovely weeks we will leave Villa Mimosa.
We have travelled around the
world a lot and now again we've found
a place were we feel at
home.
We love Kas because of its warm climate , the Turkish hospitality, the
splendid nature,
the historical places and the
myths which you can see, feel and relive everywhere.
Many thanks also for Serdar, he is tremendous!
We are already delighted to spent our next holiday in Villa Mimosa
Thank yuo very much!

We have spent 3 weeks in the beautiful Villa Mimosa.
The house is so nice decorated, we felt at home from the first moment.
We've enormously enjoyed the peace, that's still here in the beginning of
May.
A special thanks for Serdar, who did care for us and the house so very
well.
We already enjoy thinking about our next holiday
in Villa Mimosa!
Many thanks
and a lot of greetings!

Kas,
April 30, 2009
We've had an
extraordinary nice holiday, for a big part due to your your Villa
Mimosa.
It is difficult to ad something to all the nice things former guests
already stated in your reviews.
We all know that pictures can be very misleading, but in the case of Villa
Mimosa this is absolutely
not true.
We have had a lot of fun with the six of us, and also enjoyed the peace
and quite here.
We also like to thank you for the efforts you made to ensure that the
prerequisites (rent a car etc.)
runs as smoothly as possible.
We hope to come back once again in your lovely villa!
Many greetings!

Kas,
April 18, 2009
We also only can be full of praise over this splendid holiday house and we
did enjoy
the magnificent view tremendously.
The gods of the weather were with us,
temperatures above 20 degrees.
The children enjoyed
swimming in the pool, the seawater still to cold for a swim.
Delicious, this peace and quiet, we got totally
relaxed.
Last Friday we could delight ourselves in a folkloristic show, as a start
of the tourist
season. Charming, all those little children
in traditional costumes.
In this seasonal period there is also enough to experience. We did make
excursions
to Kekova (sunken city) , travelled to Meis to
explore this Greek city and to buy good
wine and have visited the church of St. Nicolas
in Demre.
All this trips were very worthwhile.
The remainding time was for idling, reading a lot (good books in the
house, even in
the Frisian language, we loved that also).
Tomorrow we
have to go back, the week did fly!
Annette en Gerhard,
you made an excellent choice concerning this house,
nice decorated it likewise!
Best regards

Kas, October 20, 2008
Dear Annette and Gerhard,
with melancholy and a lot of perfect memories in our luggage we will leave
your beautiful house
today.
We've enjoyed tremendously the quiet and nature as well as the
various
wonderful items and the
comfort of Villa Mimosa.
Thanks also for the
pleasant welcome gift!
We felt immediately at
home! The neighbours of Hotel Amphora were also extremely
friendly.
This morning we had our
last breakfast with "our" gardener and bread supplier.
All in all it were lovely peaceful days here in Kas.
It is tough to return to
the busy life of a large German city.
One day we hope to come back to Kas for another enjoyable holiday.
Once again our sincerely gratitude and we wish you both all the best!
Johanna and Valentin.

What a lovely place!
This house is sublime in terms of format, style and taste
And then the view! You can spend hours
watching the sea, the islands and rocks.
The environment is exciting!
We have discovered
the origin of the underground river. Her source : the "Green Lake"!
The weather here is always optimal. One
way or another you have
organized that also.
Many thanks for your
hospitality.

September 13, 2008
For us this was an unforgettable holiday. Not just because
this was
the first holiday with the three of us, but also because the
" environment" was magnificent.
We first thought to take it easy and go to a holiday resort
but now we are
very glad we did not choose it.
It is in no way to compare with a stay in your villa!
We did enjoy everything:
the lovely house, the splendid surrounding and the friendly people!
Thank you so much!

Villa Mimosa is a
wonderful place to relax and a superbly location from which
you can make various trips.
In addition, the villa radiates repose and is very well equipped!
The view from the roof terrace is fabulous and breaths an intense
feeling of peace and quiet.
So it is the perfect place to leave stress behind.
The interior is
fine functional and very cosy; keep it like this.
It is a pity the gardener does not speak one foreign word; good
that Dennis was there!
And the facilities of Hotel Amphora! Very friendly, hospitable and
accommodating. And good food!
Every day Ekmek was delicious! The BBQ great!
The airco went
down, but thanks to a quick and appropriate action of the
manager
(during the evening in the weekend!) it was fixed very quick.
We did have a nasty experience with a rent a car. We have been defrauded for at least
€ 165,-, because
they calculated a lot of extra's.
In spite of this trifle WE HAVE HAD A GREAT HOLIDAY IN YOUR
VILLA MIMOSA AND WE SURE
WILL TELL EVERYONE!
We felt very
welcome and delighted to be here!
Thank you!

We've
lived for two years in Turkey now, but we never have been at this
tremendous coast.
Villa Mimosa turned out to be the perfect choice to explore
the environment.
A very tasteful furnished house with all kinds of luxury.
Terraces in sun or shadow with a tremendous view.
The pool was lovely,
but a little hot.
In spite of the high season Kas is a tranquil holiday
town with very warm-hearted people.
In view of the high temperatures we spent most of the
time on the sea.
Between nine and ten o'clock there is a wide choice in the
harbour
(take your snorkel with you!), the boats run in all directions!
At a few minutes distance from the house you're at the crystal-clear sea
where we've had
an excellent time swimming and snorkeling.
The "teamwork" with neighbour hotel Amphora is ideal, the
personnel (not forgetting Denniz)
is superbly friendly and the food is good when you don't wish to
cook yourselves.
The same goes for hotel Aquarius.
Kas itself is a beautiful, still unspoiled town, very relaxed.
We have had a marvellous week in Villa Mimosa!
We would gladly come back again!

PS. Also enjoyed the house library!

We
have spent two lovely lazy weeks in Villa Mimosa.
We already have seen
almost everything on this coast on previous holidays, so now we
could
lounge about for two
exquisite weeks.
It were glorious days
with games of Catan on the pleasantly large table on the porch
and
having a drink on the
balcony during the evening after sundown.
What a superb panorama!
Our eldest son followed two diving courses at "Kas
Diving". Very professional mode of working,
and an affectionate
accompaniment He relished the various diving locations
around Kas.
And the sea is so clear!
You have an exquisite holiday house with all kind of luxuries, a
pleasant garden and pool.
Affectionate neighbours
(Hotel Amphora).
The only minus point is the air conditioning in the balcony room, which
just is blowing but not
cooling. But the manager is
informed about it now.
Al in all we did really enjoy ourselves!

Two weeks Villa Mimosa were just marvellous! The house is lovely
with its shadow and sun terraces,
its splendid setting and magnificent view.
Kas is a wonderful town and in the environment there
are a lot of things to see and do. Don't
miss the Saklikent gorge, unforgettable!
The boat trips to the islands around Kas
and Kekova were wonderful.
Swimming in the deep blue sea a delight.
The
kids did swim with dolphins, they will remember it their whole
life.
People here are exceptional friendly and we
have made a lot of friends.
The pool is beautiful, but too hot during the period we were
here, not really refreshing.
Perhaps because the pool is rather enclosed
and it was hot outside. Isn't there a trick to solve this?
Swimming in the sea is wonderful, even magnificent!
Rather pleasant the gardener bringing "Ekmek" (bread) each
morning .
In short, we have enjoyed ourselves enormously these two weeks,
but unfortunately we have to
go back to the flat Netherlands.
It is just a lovely house, to which we
would return gladly.
Thank you so much!

We have had a delightful week in Villa Mimosa.
Everything was in perfect order and nothing but praise
about the furnishing .
Our reception was very well prepared, the gardener a
pleasant diversity and
the manager always eager to help.
Villa Mimosa is gloriously tranquil and we hope you will be able
to keep it like this.
For us it was a lovely week of repose, but some
excursions in the surroundings
are absolutely worth while.
We
felt completely at home, also because the snug and comfortable
interior.
And he several terraces around the house make a stay unique.
Above all we have to mention the magnificent view on each
moment of the day.
Thank
you for being allowed to stay here.
Don't change anything, it is just perfect!

We have
had a tremendous week in you magnificent house!
It was just the two of us, so it was an abundance of
room....
The peace and quite were very beneficent.
Kas is
quite a nice little town, we went there each day.
But the food in the nearby hotel, Hotel Amphora, is
delicious and absolutely price worth.
We have
been to Myra / Demre and Gömbe, into the mountains where it is
splendid.
Don't go to Kalkan, Kas is prettier!
We hope
to come back here soon!
Thank you!

P.S the
Friday market in Kas is fabulous!

Kas, May 9,
From the
Dutch stress we arrived in the deafening silence and luxury of
Villa Mimosa, close to the relaxed
and friendly atmosphere of Kas.
Each
morning the gardener brought fresh bread ("ekmek") , the
"swimming pool man" came two times a day
to clean the pool.
The
equipment of the villa is perfect and very comfortable. Villa
Mimosa is very child-friendly, but we would
advise buying a baby chair and mosquito nets.*
The
wonderful view at the sea and the stars is absolutely
exceptional.
The
peninsula yearns for tourists: the preparations are in full
bloom, but there is absolutely no tourist.
That makes it so special: we were celebrating our holiday,
whilst around us everybody worked so hard!
We felt very privileged.
The town of
Kas is rather relaxed and enjoyable. No hassle, just relaxed and
friendly.
And they also long for tourists!
It was a
lovely stay in Villa Mimosa, thanks for everything!

Villa Mimosa is a luxury, capacious and comfortable house,
atmospheric finished and furnished,
with a beautiful garden and a nice , huge swimming
pool.
In reality it is even more beautiful than on the
pictures!
The balcony is extremely successful, as are the several
seats around the house.
You can always find sun, shadow, peace and quite, a
wonderful view or whatever you are looking for.
And who would not wish going to bed and wake up with these views
for your whole life!
The kitchen is very comfortable, the spacey fridge enjoyable,
as is the dishwasher.
Everything is up to date and of high quality.
Extraordinary!
It was a great pleasure to look out over the sea and to
experience the repose.
We
have enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of Kas. It is
still extremely tranquil, just a few tourists, so wonderful.
Kas is a nice little town, very lively, with friendly
people. We experienced the atmosphere as completely relaxing,
totally agreeable. The attitude of the merchants was
rather distanced, very pleasantly.
The peninsula is beautiful, the amount of holiday
houses no problem. There was just some work done to finish the
hotels and villas in the surrounding.
We have had a delightful week, we did enjoy ourselves very much
and have had an enjoyable holiday.
Thank you for this beautiful place!
Our conclusion: extremely quiescent and a fantastic place to
be!
We take lovely memories home from a week Villa Mimosa
and Kas,
and wish a lot of people will experience this also.

What a fabulous place!
I would like to live here!
The reception was heart warming, the house so beautiful.
Very pleasantly established.
We feel esteemed to be the first guests.
A little difficult to find, but the effort is
worthwhile!
We hope to come back often.
A small paradise!
