consists of a
large living
room with a fireplace, a dining room and an open
kitchen.
There are five large patio doors leading onto the two terraces
and the
garden, therefore the room has a wonderful light and
natural atmosphere.

The kitchen is
fully equipped with a 4 pits electric cooker, a microwave,
refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and
washing-machine.
There
is also a coffee maker, kettle, kitchen
utensils,
several crockery sets etc. .

The kitchen has all modern
conveniences, the spacious refrigerator is nice as is the dishwasher.

The upper floor
has, in addition to a large entrance hall, three bedrooms.
One has a double bed, the
other two rooms have
two single beds.
Above each bed is a mosquito net.
There are three
small bathrooms,
with a shower or bath
tub.
One bedroom has its own toilet, the other two bedrooms share a separate toilet.

The hall and two bedrooms
have access to the large balcony
and have a magnificent sea view,
the third bedroom views the lovely garden.
The living
room and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The most impressing part of the house you'll find outside in its many beautiful
seating area's and the majestic sea view.
The villa radiates repose and is fully
equipped!
The view from the roof terrace is fabulous and gives an intense feeling
of spaciousness and tranquillity.
So it is an excellent place to forget the hustle and bustle!

Around the
house are several terraces with shadow , therefore ,
even on the hottest
days, you can always find a cool place .
The comfortable
veranda invites to long dining sessions and
overlooks the exuberant flourishing garden and the sea.
The intimate lounge terrace offers lazy chairs and a
summer bed and is a
great place to relax.
On the balcony is always room for those who want to separate
themselves,
enjoying the peace and magnificent view.
The terrace at the
entrance offers absolute tranquillity,
while the small
side patio is shaded by flowering oleanders.
The "cooperation" with neighbour Amphora Hotel is
ideal, the staff is
super friendly and the food is good.

On the roof terrace of our neighbour, the boutique hotel 'Amphora'
you can
dine superbly.
When you are with children, you can guard them by baby
phone and be back in the house in a few seconds,
by a special
for
this
goal established garden path. Between the hotel
and our garden is a wall,
so there is absolutely no noise or lack of privacy.
